In pharmaceuticals manufacturing facilities, it is essential to
minimise man/material movement and avoid crossing contamination
between different classified areas to achieve desired
classification and to maintain intergrity of products and
processes. Pass box is designed to allow material transfer without
much personnel movement. It also aids controlling ingress of
particulate contaminations into clean room and between different
classified areas.
INDAIR designs and manfactures static and dynamic pass boxes
meeting different clients' special requirments. Option of choosing
the type of pass box depends on the containment level and transfer
of material from one class of cleanliness to other class of
cleanliness.

--noise testing
Warranty:
Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and
accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete
with a report documenting all test procedures.
Additional IO/OQ/GMP document is available upon request.

Consumable parts illustration:
1: Pre-filter: each one should be replacement in each 6 month, but
it can refresh no more three times.
2: HEPA air filter: each one should be replacement in each half and
one years.
Product and Solution Selection
1. Outer and Inner Dimension. The outer dimension should be decided
according to clean room design, while the inner dimension is for
the operation area.
2. The dynamic passbox is suit for the transmission happened from
lower cleanliness environment to higher cleanliness environment. If
the transmission happens between same cleanliness, static passbox
is recommended.
3. The direction of door opening should be considered according to
the position of passbox.
4. SUS 304 is recommended for the casing of passbox.
5. If the transfer cart is required in clean room, the
floor-mounted passbox is recommended.
